BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe lines between the brows. BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium. It is the only treatment of its type, and is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Unlike many procedures and over-the-counter wrinkle remedies, BOTOX® Cosmetic treats the cause of frown lines. This is achieved by reducing the muscle contractions that cause the lines to form over time.

The injection process
