Are you a good candidate for KYBELLA™

Kybella is ideal for adult patients that have significant submental fullness due to “chin fat” (aka the appearance of a “double chin”) but are not prepared for the social downtime of cosmetic surgery.

What is KYBELLA™?

KYBELLA™ is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.” It is not known if KYBELLA™ is safe and effective for use outside of the submental area.

How often will you need treatments?

Results do of course vary. Each treatment is personalized between you and your PVPS provider, but most patients see substantial results with two to four treatments. These treatments can be administered with a minimum of four weeks between injections. The really great news is that once the cells are destroyed, they can no longer accumulate fat! Once you and your provider have reached your desired result, you will not likely need to be treated again!

The most common side effects of KYBELLA™ include swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness, and areas of hardness in the treatment area.
